The Habitat for Humanity of Athens/Limestone County recycles new, used overstocked, discontinued, and salvageable building materials and appliances donated by contractors, retailers, and individuals. The donated items are re-sold to the general public to help support Habitat in their efforts to build decent affordable housing.
All volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. All volunteers will be required to fill out a waiver of liability for each calendar year they volunteer.
You can volunteer in the ReStore Mondays through Saturdays. Volunteers can choose from one of the following shifts: 8-12pm, 12-5pm, or a full day. We ask for a minimum 4 hour time commitment.
